Polysleep warrants the pillow(s) in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of Three (3) years from the date of purchase of your pillow(s), as long as the pillow(s) is used normally for its intended purposes. For Three (3) years from the original date of purchase of your Polysleep pillow(s), if your pillow(s) has a defect covered under this Limited Pillow Warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair. Purchasers of any Polysleep Foundation (“Foundation”) are eligible for this LIMITED WARRANTY. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this warranty, UFP Warranty Corporation (“UFP”) will, in its sole discretion, replace or refund the purchase price of any Foundation that is found to be defective within one (1) year after the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions and conditions contained herein.

This limited warranty covers Foundations against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.This limited warranty only covers Foundations. If a Foundation is incorporated into another product sold by an authorized dealer, UFP’s sole obligation is to replace or refund the price of Foundation. If UFP choses to refund the price of a Foundation that is part of another product,UFP will only be liable to refund the price that was paid to UFP for the Foundation by the seller of that product. UFP does not warrant the performance of any product that incorporates the Foundation, and UFP will not be liable for any failure of such product unless directly caused by a defect in the Foundation.

This limited warranty does not cover, and UFP is not liable for, any of the following:

Damage caused by using an improper bed frame or placing the Foundation directly on the floor. A proper frame provides continuous support with rigid center support.Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including, but not limited to: breakage, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.Replacement of any non-defective components in the Foundation. The Foundation is made of several component pieces. If only one component is defective, UFP will replace only the affected component.Complaints related to comfort preferences of the first owner.Normal wear and tear. Conditions caused by the natural characteristics of the wood components used in the manufacture of the Foundation.

During the one hundred (30) Night Trial, if a purchaser elects to change the Polysleep Mattress for a different size, he may do so one time by paying the difference between the cost of the original product and the cost of the product being replaced if applicable. In the event of such an exchange, a new warranty will be issued for the exchanged mattress for the remaining term of this Limited Mattress Warranty of the original mattress and such replaced mattress is subject to the same Limited Mattress Warranty as the original mattress.
