  • Popular Questions

  • What foundation do you recommend for a Polysleep Mattress?
The Polysleep Mattress is designed to work with firm flat supportive bases, such as slatted frames (1-2 inches apart), platform beds, or just sitting on the floor to ensure its longevity.
  • When can I expect to receive my order(s)?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the order(s). Depending on the city you live in, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 4 to 9 business days for you to be able to sleep on your Polysleep Mattress.
  • Do I need to keep the box Mattress?

  • Why is the Polysleep Mattress cheaper than the others?
At Polysleep, we are convinced that people should get high quality products at a reasonable price. By cutting out the middleman and the Brick & Mortar shops, we can sell you a quality mattress at an affordable price.
  • What is Polysleep Mattress made of?
The Polysleep Mattress is made of 3 layers of different foams and a support frame: ventilated hybrid foam (which keeps you cool while contouring your body & identifies the pressure points, reduces the temperature and the firmness of these points in seconds only), soft foam (which provides comfort), and high support density foam (which guarantee a better sleep). The support frame provides more support so that it doesn’t flatten out when sitting on the edge of the bed. The mattress is enveloped by a liquid repellent cover.

  • Care

  • Do I need to flip the mattress?
No, you can’t flip your mattress as the Polysleep Mattress is designed with a top and a bottom side. However, as with all mattresses, if you sleep alone on one side or have an important weight difference with your partner, we do recommend that you rotate the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months.
  • How can I clean/protect my Polysleep Mattress?
Because accidents happen, our mattress cover is liquid-repellant. However, you can clean the cover with mild detergent. We don’t recommend machine washing it as it may shrink. You may not want to use a mattress protector as you need the mattress to breath.

  • How do I unbox my Polysleep Mattress?

Once the plastic is opened, the mattress will immediately start to grow back into its original shape and you can immediately sleep on it.
