Buying a new mattress can be a difficult task. This is why we have designed a Mattress Quiz, capable of understanding your needs. It will only take a few minutes to complete, and through a series of questions, it will identify your primary concerns, ensuring that you find a mattress that will provide you with the most restful and comfortable sleep experience.

An adjustment period is the time within which your body will adjust to your new mattress. Given that you have been sleeping on a different bed for the past few years, you will need an appropriate time frame of 45 days to judge the product accurately.

The more support you have under your memory foam mattress the better. We suggest you pair your Polysleep mattress with our Polysleep Mattress Foundation. The slatted wood support in our Foundation allows for maximum airflow, keeping you cooler and improving your sleep. That being said, Polysleep mattresses are designed to work with all bed bases (box springs, slatted bases or platform beds). If you use a slatted base, the space between the slats should not exceed 2-3 inches.
