DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGE?
Exchanges are available for our Polysleep Mattress during the 100-night trial. Please contact a member of the Polysleep Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an exchange is made, the 100-night trial is voided.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS IF I DECIDE TO RETURN MY POLYSLEEP MATTRESS?
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact a member of the Polysleep Team at email@example.com during the 100-night trial. We will arrange for a pick up and give you a full refund, no questions asked.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RETURNES MATTRESS?
Returned Polysleep mattresses will be 100% recycled.
WHO WILL PICKUP MY MATTRESS IF I DECIDE TO RETURN IT?
Our customer support team coordinates each return on an individual basis. An association will come and pick it up at a time that works best for you.
HOW DO I PACK MY POLYSLEEP MATTRESS FOR THE RETURN PROCESS?
No need to do anything. Our partners will come and pick it up as is.
DO I NEED TO KEEP THE BOX?.
You don’t need to keep the mattress box. We use industrial machines to compress the mattress, so it won’t go back inside its package. If you don't want to throw it away, it also makes a fun pirate ship or princess castle for your kids.
