Return & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for our Polysleep Mattress during the 100-night trial, and for the Polysleep Pillow, during the 30-night trial. Please contact a member of the Polysleep Team at Once an exchange is made, the trial is voided.
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact a member of the Polysleep Team at and we will help coordinate the return. We are working hard to limit our environmental impact, particularly by reducing our carbon footprint. Every day, we support our customers so that they are as well informed as possible about our products: an approach that allows us to limit the number of returns. Therefore, we ask our customers to take this factor into consideration before returning their product, in order to participate with us in this more responsible approach.
  • Returned Polysleep mattresses will be 100% donated to local charities.
  • Our customer support team coordinates each return on an individual basis. One of our partners organization will come and pick it up at a time that works best for you.
  • No need to do anything. Our partners will come and pick it up as is.
  • You don’t need to keep the mattress box. We use industrial machines to compress the mattress, so it won’t go back inside its package :) If you're feeling creative, it also makes a great robot costume or princess castle for your kids - take a photo and tag us #polysleep for a chance to be featured!
  • For all Polysleep offers including free products, please bear in mind that trial periods still apply in the event of a product return. If you decide you'd like to return the products you've paid for (within your return policy window) but keep the free ones, their value will be deducted from your refund. Free products are not eligible for returns in exchange for refunds, or any other form of compensation.
  • To return your pillow, keep the box and please contact a member of the Polysleep Team.
