Ingredients
- 1 lime wedge
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1.5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1.5 tablespoons simple syrup
- Splash of tonic water
- 2 large strawberries
- Granulated sugar
- 1oz white rum
- 1 cup ice cubes
How to make it
- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
- Turn the glass upside down and rub into granulated sugar. Add mint leaves to your glass. Use a cocktail muddler to muddle the mint leaves. NOTE: If you don’t have a cocktail muddler, you can also use a wooden mixing spoon.
- Dice one large strawberry and add to the glass - muddle as well. Add some ice.

- Lemon juice

How to make it
- Make lemon simple syrup by dissolving lemon juice and sugar on the stove.
- Add your lemon simple syrup and about 1/2 to 2/3 of a 14-ounce can of coconut milk to the blender and 2 1/2 cups of ice. To turn this into a Spiked Frozen Lemonade, add a couple shots of vodka, coconut rum or your favorite alcohol!

- Coconut Rum - Ideally Malibu Rum (or sweet coconut syrup if you prefer)
- Vanilla Vodka (or Vanilla rum or Spiced rum if that is your preference)
- Blue Curacao (Bright blue liqueur) or Triple Sec
- Pineapple Juice (or Orange Juice)
- Lime Juice (or Lemon juice)
- Lime Slices
How to make it
- Prepare your garnish. Cut two or three lime slices to be added to the inside of the glass and on the rim.
- Add lime juice, pineapple juice, vanilla vodka, coconut rum and Blue Curacao to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Add ice to your glass and add your garnish (lime slices).
